我们的愿景是成为尼泊尔山区的变革力量。我们相信最有效和可持续的变革来自社区内部。在资源稀缺和旅行困难的地区,当地领导者是最重要的变革推动者。我们的领导力发展与赋能项目是这一战略的引擎,旨在赋能被转变的个人成为自己社区的领导者。
Our Model: Service-Oriented Leadership
We are guided by the core value of 'Service-Oriented Leadership'. We believe leadership is not about position or power. Instead, we demonstrate that true leadership is measured by sacrifice and compassion. Our program guides individuals toward positive transformation, built on a foundation of ethical principles and emotional honesty. We equip local leaders to serve with competence and compassion, extending our organization's reach into the most remote areas.
Our Structure: From the Central Hub to the Village
Our organizational structure is intentionally designed to serve remote mountain communities effectively. From our Central Hub for administrative functions and training, to Regional Centers supervised by Program Managers, to Village Programs led by local Village Representatives who serve as our liaisons within their communities.
